  • DAY 1 Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. [Overnight Kathmandu]
  • DAY 2 Full Day Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing. Kathmandu – Sightseeing Swayambhu, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Chandragiri [Overnight Kathmandu]
    • Swayambhunath: One of the world’s most glorious, ancient, enigmatic and the holiest of Buddhist Chaityas, dating back more than 2000 years. Situated on a hillock Swayambhunath, literally “the Self-Created or Existent”, is a mosaic of small stupas and pagoda temple contributed over time by the succession of kings and noblemen. The main structure of the stupa is made of a solid hemisphere of brick and clay, supporting a lofty conical spire and capped by pinnacle of copper gilt. Painted on the four sides on the base of the spire are the “All Seeing Eyes” of Lord Buddha. The main features of Swayambhunath in brief are “The Five Buddhas.”
    • Kathmandu Durbar Square : Kathmandu Durbar Square (Basantapur Durbar Kshetra) in front of the old royal palace of the former Kathmandu Kingdom is one of three Durbar (royal palace) Squares in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The Kathmandu Durbar Square held the palaces of the Malla and Shah kings who ruled over the city. Along with these palaces, the square surrounds quadrangles, revealing courtyards and temples. It is known as Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square, a name derived from a statue of Hanuman, the monkey devotee of Lord Ram, at the entrance of the palace.
    • Chandragiri Hills: Chandragiriis seven kilometres from Thankot, and lies on the south-west side of Kathmandu Valley which is 2551 metres above sea level. The hill provides panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and the Himalayan ranges from Annapurna to Everest. Chandragiri Hill has cable car system to reach the temple of Bhaleshwor Mahadev. Chandragiri is where Prithivi Narayan Shah decided to annex the beautiful Nepal valley into his Gorkha Kingdom.
  • Day 03 Departure from Kathmandu
    • Transfer to international airport for your final departure. The trip ends, our Airport Representative will drop you to the Kathmandu International Airport for your flight departure from Nepal.
