Ms Lamsal owes the responsibility of the overall management of an organization. She highly focuses on ideas about business relying on providing values in exchange for the consumer’s money – the buyer is not coerced or forced into making a purchase. She believes that every (tourism) product or service or itineraries we sell should become something bigger than a transaction. Ms Lamsal is greatly inclined to the CSR aspect of the organization – calls it the Impact Fund – this way it is not just an offering/donation but seed capital for something bigger. Her ideas on reconnecting the company success via business with social progress is admirable – shared value is not social responsibility, philanthropy, or even sustainability, but a new way to achieve economic success – win win win to all. It is not on the margin of what companies do but at the center. "Madam" Nirmala is tactful enough in convincing us that our company is our canvas if we can bring forward our greatest work that really matters. And our successful example becomes the catalyst for others in our industry & marketplace.
